The Buster Blaster soda blasting equipment made available in Australia and New Zealand exclusively by United SodaBlasters is specifically designed for its purpose. This is a dedicated soda blast media pot, not to be confused with a converted sand blast or “any media” pot currently available on the market.

Over 6 years in development, The Soda Works Buster Blaster 100 soda blast media pot is un-equalled in design simplicity and performance. The Soda Works is the patent holder and prime builder of this soda blasting equipment. The media specific design of the soda blast pot means some of the lowest flow rates achievable. In combination with Natrium Products soda blast media, this design will save you money and give you the most effective soda blasting set up!

Sullivan-Palatek D210QH hi-pressure air compressor - powered by 80 HP John Deere 4 cylinder diesel engine; compressor rated at 210 CFM @ 150 PSI. Custom mounted Buster Blaster 100 soda blast pot, 100’ Goodyear blast hose, #3 & #5 WAN nozzles, and “Red Head” 12-volt trigger line. High efficiency, compressor driven rear mounted twin air coolers. High efficiency, under cowl mounted moisture separator. Hydraulic brakes, mounted spare tire, chrome lugs and wheel centers.

BUSTER BLASTER 25 SODA BLAST POT

Soda Blast pot media capacity: ½ bag (25 lb. media)

Package includes:
25’' blast hose and nozzle head shut off valve.
Nozzles: 3/32” (17 cfm @ 125 psi) and 1/8” (26 cfm @ 125 psi)
Optional nozzle: 3/16” (60 cfm @ 125 psi)

This professional grade “little guy” is great for small jobs requiring less air!

Note: All soda blasters require cool, dry and oil free air to work properly.

AIR COOLING/DRYING PACKAGE

Package Includes:
Twin air coolers w/ 12-volt switched and fused fans mounted on powder-coated frame w/ stand, WSW–500 high efficiency moisture separator, 1 - 15’ connector hose, 2 – 10’ connector hoses.
For use with compressors up to 375 cfm.

This package is generally required when purchasing the Buster Blaster 100 soda blast pot (without compressor) and when you are supplying an appropriately sized air compressor.
